As Curly Girl appointments are specifically designed for you, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, you will be directed to this when we confirm your booking date and time. Any cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the appointment service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accomodate you and a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellations due to COVID-19 illness will not result in a cancellation fee.
